How are ParaplyPig products made?

Every item is made-to-order through our trusted print partners. That means nothing is printed until you order it — reducing waste and keeping things intentional.

 

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

 

Because production starts quickly, we’re unable to cancel or make changes once your order is submitted. Be sure to double-check everything before checking out!

Shipping

 

Do you ship internationally?

​

Not at the moment. We currently ship only within the United States, but we’re hoping to expand in the future!

 

When will I receive my order?

​

Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days after that (U.S. only). You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your item is shipped.

 

Why did only part of my order arrive?

​

Some items may ship separately if they’re produced at different facilities. It’s normal — the rest of your order is still on the way!

Returns & Issues

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

​

Since every product is custom-made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, style, or color changes.

But if your item arrives damaged or misprinted, let us know within 7 days and we’ll offer a free reprint or refund.

 

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Email me at paraplypig@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll make it right, promise.

What phone models do you offer cases for?

We offer cases for many popular iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models. Don’t see your model listed? Reach out and ask!

 

Can I request a specific product or pattern?

Yes, we love hearing your ideas! We can’t promise every request will become a product, but we’re always listening.
