2. Products

 

All products sold on ParaplyPig.com are made-to-order through our fulfillment partners. Product images and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability; however, slight variations may occur due to the nature of digital printing.

 

3. Orders & Payment

 

Orders are processed once full payment is received. Once submitted, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled or modified.

 

4. Shipping

 

Products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our partners (such as Printify) from various locations across the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

 

Because all products are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for any defective item.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All designs, graphics, content, and logos on ParaplyPig.com are the property of ParaplyPig LLC and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

ParaplyPig LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

 

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
